Shipping Policy
Shipping fees will be added to the listed item prices on the website. These fees cover delivery to a single address, even if your order includes multiple items.
Due to the high volume of orders, please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be processed.
Orders within Israel are typically delivered within 5-17 business days (as they are shipped from our international warehouse). Please note that due to high demand, shipping times might be longer than usual.
Velyno offers product delivery to collection points or directly to your home. After you receive your order confirmation email, you will get another notification within a few days once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.
For clarification, 'business days' in this policy refer to Sunday through Thursday, excluding holiday eves, holidays, and Saturdays.
Velyno is not responsible for any actions or inactions of the shipping company, and customers will not be compensated for shipping company delays.
Without limiting the above, the customer agrees that Velyno will not be responsible for any delays in product delivery caused by events beyond its control. These include, but are not limited to, strikes or lockouts, communication, telephone, or computer system failures, acts of hostility, or force majeure events such as war, strikes, terror attacks, or natural disasters.
Please note that product delivery may require the user to present a valid identification card and the order confirmation number received from the ordering system. This is at the sole discretion of the website operator. It is agreed that the website operator or its representatives may request any additional identification, at their discretion, as a condition for handing over the items to the user.
Please note that once a shipment has been dispatched to the customer, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds can only be processed according to the detailed procedure outlined in our Returns and Exchange Policy. Any action such as refusing a package, failing to respond to the courier, or not collecting a package from a collection point immediately forfeits any rights the customer has with Velyno. Velyno will not credit, replace, or provide any form of compensation to customers who refuse their shipment. Such customers waive their rights against Velyno and are not eligible for a refund or compensation. In exceptional cases where the company considers issuing a credit as a gesture of goodwill, the original shipping cost, processing fees, the cost of returning the package to Velyno's warehouse, and the cost of restocking will be deducted from the credited amount.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from us, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any refund issued.
Please note:
To ensure your package is delivered successfully and within our advertised timeframe, please verify that your address is correct and includes all relevant and required information. Using correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if relevant) is critical for timely delivery. We are not responsible for lost shipments, whether at their location or delivered incorrectly, if incorrect address details were provided or entered incorrectly at the time of purchase. Velyno is not responsible for the delivery or return of the shipment to the warehouse.
All Velyno products are shipped from our international warehouse, which may cause shipping delays. Delivery times depend on the shipping carriers. Please contact us if you have not received an update that your package has arrived in Israel within 20 business days of receiving your tracking number, and we will investigate the issue thoroughly.
Import Taxes and Duties
Velyno is not responsible for any import taxes and duties that may arise from your order. The local logistics authority will contact you directly regarding payments to the relevant authorities.
