1. General The website is owned by VELYNO (hereinafter: "the Company").

These website terms of use govern the relationship between the Company and any company or individual browsing or using the website or the information contained therein (each hereinafter: "the User").

The Company reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove from these terms and conditions from time to time, regarding the entire website or parts of it, at its sole discretion, without prior notice or warning. The sole and full responsibility for understanding these terms and using the website according to them rests solely with the User at all times.

Use of the website constitutes the User's agreement to all its terms without any limitation or reservation. By using the website, the User undertakes that they and/or anyone on their behalf shall have no claim or demand, directly or indirectly, against the website, the Company, its operators, owners, managers, or anyone on their behalf.

The masculine form used in these terms and conditions is for convenience only, but refers to both women and men.

Product prices include VAT as per law.

The product images displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only and are not binding. The Company will make every effort to present its customers with images that reflect reality as accurately as possible, but certain inaccuracies or errors may appear, and the Company will not be held responsible for any consequences arising therefrom.

The Company does not guarantee to maintain stock of all models whose images appear on the website.

It is clarified that all use of this website is intended for and permitted only for individuals aged 18 and above.

3. Jurisdiction
The law applicable to your order and these terms and conditions is solely the law of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction for any matter or dispute is granted to the competent court.

4. Intellectual Property
You may not duplicate, copy, publish, market, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this website.

The website domain, the website itself, and all intellectual property displayed on it, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, designs, and similar, are the sole property of the company. It is important to note that merely accessing the website does not grant any license or right to use them.

5. Warranty
We offer a 30-day warranty from the date of product purchase (with proof of purchase and subject to product inspection by our company) covering only manufacturing defects, chip detachment, or setting issues. Product inspection or repair will not exceed 30 days from the date the item arrives at our offices.

Product warranty does not cover damages caused to products for any reason not resulting from a manufacturing defect or damages caused by unreasonable use. It is clarified that the aforementioned warranty does not apply in cases of accident, fall, scratches, or abrasions.

In addition, we offer our customers a paid repair service with no time limit from the date of purchase for repairable damages (this is subject to the Company's sole decision as to whether the product is repairable).

6. Data Security and Privacy Protection
Respecting the privacy and confidentiality of our customers is of utmost importance to the Company.

As part of the purchase process, registration for the Company's customer club, and by browsing the website, the Customer will be asked to provide their personal information. The Company takes customary precautions to protect and safeguard the confidentiality of its customers' personal information as much as possible and undertakes to use this information for private purposes only, including (but not limited to) for the purpose of supplying products to customers, sending promotional mailings and marketing information from the Company if the Customer has approved it, establishing contact with users, and more.

By registering on the website, the Customer agrees to join VELYNO's customer club and that their personal details will be stored in the Company's databases and used as detailed in these terms and conditions.

7. Confidentiality
The Company, as stated, does not store the Customer's credit card details in any database. The Company undertakes not to use the personal information provided to it by the Customer except for the purposes of operating the website, supplying and delivering the order by a shipping company, and transferring information to customers.

Subject to the above, the Company undertakes to keep the personal details provided to it confidential, and never to sell, rent, or transfer the information to an unauthorized third party.
